Years ago I was at my local track and had the superfecta bet 1$

to make a long story short I had the 2 3 5 and 8 ....It came in 2 3 5 10

at first I thought I had gotten it as it was a photo for 4th... My horse was on the outside and I thought it nosed to the win...But looking at the photo It was as if it was a hair on the other horse nose hit the line first...

I could not see how he won and it was not a dead heat I was looking for the airbrushing on his nostral!!! :lolBIG: ..The pay off was like $3400 that would have been nice

Sarasota dog track, three years ago.

Thought JJgold and myself had hit the Daily Double with a couple of fine young felines we met at the track.

All was going quite well for a long period of time until JJ stated he was a "professional poster on various gambling websites and was the most famous individual on the entire internet".

I went for a couple of beers and the next thing I know JJ is standing alone along the trackside rail.

Things got even worse a little later when JJ told the clubhouse matridee to go fck himself after he told us that we were not allowed to bring beer into the clubhouse and that we had to order it from a waitress. They threw both of us out, JJ fighting with 4 security guards the whole way out as they muscled him out to the parking lot.

Needless to say, I have never returned to the historic SARASOTA DOGTRACK.

About 12 years ago, during my first ever trip to the track, I bet a $2 Triacta 5-2-7. Horses 5 and 7 were longshots. Triacta hit, I'm in the money! Then there was an "Inquiry". Then the 7 horse was disqualified, and one of the favorites was given the show position. Even with the favorite re-inserted after the disqualification, the Triacta paid $2,000. I figure if the longshot #7 was given the show spot, the Triacta would have paid a lot more than $2,000. I got nothing for it. Damn ponies!

classic!!

Too many horse bad beats to list. 2 of the biggest were 5 out of 6 on pick six bets. Both were at Belmont, both were on straight $2 tickets, both had consolation payouts of about $300 and pick 6 pays of 5k +.

On the second occasion, was live to the 5th race where I had my horse involved in about a 10 minute inquiry. Unfortunately they left the original result stand, leaving my nag in second. Each time I've kicked myself for not putting a few more $ into the bet.
