The next time you are in Vegas eating at a coffee shop, have everyone fill out a 7 spot. EVeryone should carefully select key numbers they feel are likely to hit.

Then when the Keno girl comes over and says "Keno?!", look her in the eye and say "No thank you". Her reaction is usual worth the time alone in this manner.

Getting to the best part, track your results of not playing vs. how you would have done. You will be amazed how quickly you will be way in the black by NOT playing, vs. blowing $2 per game.

Funniest thing is once in awhile the casinos f-up and offer something with a positive EV on keno. When all these advantage guys come out of the woodwork and beat it for a week or less and the casino figures it out they have the goddamn nerve to act like they got exploited by thieves! Who is the thief when you hold 20-50% on each dollar played? Unreal.

If you actually beat it, and were up thousands, wouldn't you have to play it and win? I would think a sure way to break even at Keno, don't play. I'm still even. Sometimes you get a + exp. with comps, 2 for 1 and other offers. I skip the specials and just hope for the minimum. You have to use all of the match plays, free rides and other gimmes, wherever they are. Would I play without a break, straight up? Sure, right after playing the big wheel. Why do you think they employ people to harass you during a meal, because it is a giveaway?

Best Wishes...OF:howdy:

The first time I ever went to Vegas, when I was 21, I knew all the house advantages on independent trials games, but still played a few games of Keno anyway. I actually hit a 6 out of 8 on a $2 card and netted $92. The guy I turned it in to said it was the highest payout he'd seen, which tells you something. I haven't played since, but I can honestly say I'm up lifetime on at least one of the fixed odds Vegas games.
