Lost a brutal one yesterday as the Rays/Jays couldnt get over 9.5 even though they had TONS of chances.

Tonight game looks like real good....

Yankees over 11.5 -106

This is like the Red Sox/Yankees game from Friday Night.

2 terrific offenses and 2 very shaky starting pitchers.

Brown making his first start in a long time. He didnt even have any rehab starts. Brown has stunk when he has been healthy, imagine how bad he will be tonight. The Ranger batters are already salivating!

The Yankees should score a handful against Rodriguez. He has been pitching okay, but the Yankees batters have been on fire and there is no reason they should cool off againat Ricardo Rodriguez. He has never faced the Yankees before and just picture him facing the 3-4-5 of Sheffield, Arod, and Matsui tonight.

This is a very high total for a NON coors game, but these teams score at will daily and will find no problem scoring tonight.

Some notes...

Brown is 0-1 with a 7.50 era this season against Texas.
Brown is 2-4 with a 5.24 era lifetime against Texas.

Soriano (.500), Delucci, and Teixeira are all batting over .400 vs Brown.
Young is only batting .364 vs him.

just wanna give you a constructive criticisism....
there is a sticky point in your analysis on the Texas starter Ricardo Rodriguez. You said he's pitching "OK." He's definitely not Chris Carpenter, but also he hasn't been shelled by any good offenses either. Played Bosox, Angels, Oakland, not giving up the big runs. A big advantage for Rodriguez tonight is that the Yanks have never had a look at him tonight, they don't know his tendancies, what his pitches look like. Yanks were on the road to a time zone shift & might be tired. Sleepy bats?
Dude good luck to you in this wager, shef gayrod & Giambi are creaming the ball right now so it looks like a gimme. Texas bullpen is such a joke. lots of reasons to play the over. But that's what makes it a big public pick & ripe for a letdown? sorry not trying to be a jerk...
LOVE the Rangers getting money. Kevin Brown is embarassing & yanks are so desperate for starters that he had no rehab starts. It's gonna be scary.
