MyBookie is slow paying me!

Several weeks ago I asked Mybookie for a minor $2000 withdrawal. I had rolled over way more than the required 3x to make a withdrawal. I was not going to withdraw my full balance. Then they discovered something to put my payment on hold, which was that I referred someone and regardless of me (which they admit) having rolled over more than enough my friend had not done so yet, so they could not process my withdrawal. I thought this was a bit silly, since I was not going to withdraw the full amount, but I thought: Well the amount is not the end of the world, so let's give my friend a bit more time to do the business. Yesterday in a chat conversation with one of their staff I was told that my friend had finally fulfilled the rollover requirement, so I asked for a withdrawal again. This time I was told that I could not withdraw the amount I asked for, as it was too much for some reason I do not even want to bother figuring out, but I was told that I could withdraw a little less, which I replied to be ok, but now again they say that my friend did not fulfil his rollover yet.

I am getting a little irritated by this all especially as I am not withdrawing the full amount and it is just this $200 referral bonus which gives them an excuse to put my payment on hold.

they did this to a freind of mine that won alot of $$ from them and he finally got paid after a few weeks of BS

If this is true then MyBookie should have their banner taken down or at the very least have TheRX make an official statement that MyBookie is a slow paying SHIT book. The $85,000 STIFF job they attempted to pull should have been enough to get MyBookie blacklisted.

:finger: MYBOOKIE SUCKS! FIRST THEY TOOK AWAY THE FREE HALF POINT AND REDUCED JUICE, THEN THEY PUT ME ON CALL IN ONLY AND CUT MY LIMITS.

I DID GET PAID AND THEY DID SO PROMPTLY, BUT I WAS HAPPY TO GET MY MONEY OUT OF THAT SWEAT SHOP!

THEY ARE PROBABLY OK FOR SMALLER PLAYERS, BUT ANY LARGER PLAYERS SHOULD BEWARE OF MYBOOKIE.

Their bonuses aren't even that big, but they still have to resort to this? If you are going to run a "no winners wanted" book, you should at least have plenty of money for good CS, right? Guess not.

Royal was removed. What is the reasoning for allowing a book like MyBookie to advertise here if it isn't just for the add money?

That's no excuse to slow pay...if you don't want the action, give the player the boot but get THEIR money to them immediately.

The sad thing was the owner came on here and used his get out of jail free card by posting that things were changing.

Same shit book...get them off this respected site.

Because they were going to pay me quick?
Obviously I am not going to sign up with a book that pays quick, because then there is no fun. Now I have at least a reason to make a healthy contribution to this forum.
