i dont understand how you get zero fees?

I did read the notice but I still read this and see a $0.04 charge per contract if its matched. How is that no fees?

E.g. Suppose a contract is 52 bid, and 55 offered. You enter an order to buy 10 contracts at 53 and it does not get matched immediately. If/when your order is filled by another member you will pay NO TRADING FEE for that order.

Price Maker orders will still be charged the usual expiry fees of $0.04 per lot if the order is matched and left to expire.

Correct, you don't pay the trading fee, but you do pay the expiry fee. The usual fee would be 8c.
