Pinnacle-Are they the only book without a listed toll-free number?

This is not a put down of Pinnacle in any way...only wondering about it. I think that IF they are the only one which does not list their toll-free number to the general public...they must have a very GOOD reason. I don't think the small cost involved is one of the reasons. To me it says....we are efficient and you won't need to call us. From what I've seen - read so far....that would be the bottom line. Plus...not just the small cost to have a toll-free number for the public, but it also likely keeps them from having a pay someone to answer--"baby-sit" the phone.

What other books are in Curaco, besides Pinnacle?

It stops people who are too lazy/too stupid to read, calling and asking questions that they could find the answers to by themselves on the site. :headbeat:

The less people you need on the phones/overhead, the better the price they can give :money8:

Agreed--Elephant!! What's surprising is that NO OTHER books use this method that we know about.

The good thing about Mansion is that you can request a callback via email.

Thanks

You can call Pinnacle and bet if you have an account. By not posting an 800 number on their site they don't have to deal with any inquiry calls asking all the same questions.

Do you have any idea the cost of a 800 number that the BOOK pays for every call? Now you can figure out why they don't advertise the number :)

Just go to the review of pinnacle on sportsbookreview.com and the phone number is listed there. Pinnacle is...well...the pinnacle. Btw, they usually respond to an email within 15 minutes or so....and fyi, mansion also replies very fast and as mentioned earlier will call you (promptly too, I know). Mansion has also been a fantastic book in in their first year in business IMO.

I read their review....Got to say that's pretty funny, they have the 800 number listed at the bottom. Here at the Rx, the mods say....they are not to give it out. Wonder, if that's the right number...I don't need to call them anyway.
