It looks like the current bonus system will make you enough to pay for a portion of any withdrawal. It's like getting a job that only pays enough for the gas to get you there. Need to evaluate continuation of play there. May not make any sense with the high withdrawal transaction costs as their lines are nothing special.

And was told that the only people that were eliminated from the old program were people whose accounts had been inactive for a period of time.....Active players were not removed....
Dave said if u were removed, and feel its in error, u can email him at Dave@wagerweb.com, and he will look into your account and see if he can get you taken care of....
I have dealt with him many times, and he is a real good guy...If he says he will take care of you, he WILL.......
Still one of my favorite books.....easy to use software, wide range of options, nice rebate of 1.00 on every 30.00 bet on horses, and u get money back for your total wagers placed, win or lose....for these 2 months, its only .025 %, which really isnt alot, but the other 4 months its .050, and then during foots its .1 % back.....and that adds up faster than u think....plus u dont have to trade it in for plays, or ask for it, it just goes in as money every monday at noon.......

Thanks for the update Bucs fan, but Pokerking was correct...active players were booted from the program as well if they were winning.
