Well wasnt even close last night. In the win one, lose one rut.At least the Stankees ended up losing the game.Today:

Red Sox/Drays Over 10.5 (-110)

In day games:

D.Wells 0-2 w/ an era of 12.79 (18er in 12.2 ip)

Hendrickson 1-3 w/ era 6.49 (25 er in 34.2 ip)

9-1 Over combined in day games this year.

Hendrickson almost always gets drilled by Boston as hes let up 5+ er in each of his starts vs Boston in every start for like the last 3 years.Boston quiet lately (exc. the 17-1 beating they gave the Yanks). They do avg 5.6 rpg at home and 5.8 rpg in day games.Wells has been pretty solid in career against the Drays and I believe even if he breaks stride and pitches well in this day start the Sox bullpen (4.89 era) will still be good for a couple of runs. Its hot in Boston and Wells is a little fat...maybe thats why he has struggled in the day time...I dont know.Tb BP is no better at 5.01 for an era.

BOL.

I saw the lineups and thought the same thing, plus boomer is capable of shutting down the drays...so i took a shot at the under 9.5 +152 for 1 unit.

good thing too, as it is 5-0 in the bottom of the first and boston still doesn't have any outs.

LOL

8-1 now...ouch.I guess I can take some pride in the fact I had it capped out right.I almost never bail on plays either. It wont happen again. You know the old cliche about sticking with your gut feeling? I think theres something to it.

Alright the Sox went over, Im kinda depressed about missing the boat there.

One more:

STL/MIL Under 8 -125.....

Im thinking pitchers duel here.Sheets and Mulder have both performed really well in their recent starts.Last 3 starts:

Mulder 3-0 w/ 2.14 era (1.190 whip)
Sheets 2-0 w/ 2.86 era (1.091 whip)

Mulder has pitched well at Busch this season and although Sheets' W-L record doesnt reflect it hes been alright on the road. When its time for relief both teams sports good to very good pens (Mil 3.67 era/ StL 2.41 era).

Offensively both teams have been a little cold.In the last 10 STL is batting .233 overall and .221 RHP.They are 8-1 Under in those games.Milwalkee is batting only .243 vs LHP over their last 10.The Under at Busch has been a good bet all year but especially good lately.Under is 26-18 overall in STL but 11-5 in the L16 there.Brewers scoring 4.7 over the L7 and only 4.1 on the road.Cards scoring 5+ at home this year but only 4.3 over the L7.I think the starters keep this game moving along tonight.

Incidently the Cards pitching has been awesome over the L10 as a whole :

Starters for STL: 1.84 era
BP for STL: 3.33 era

Great job today buddy. Hendrickson was a complete joke once again facing Boston. Nice call on the Cardinals under. :103631605
