Why Did The Cubs Line Drop So Much???

Line fell all the way to -1.17 before the game started. Was much higher earlier in the day. Prior was much higher last night. Do not understand why this line was so low, especially the way Wood has pitched against the Reds in his career and the way the Cubs have been playing lately. I stayed away from the game, but will be interested to see how this one turns out. Any reasons why the line fell so hard?

Picked up a nice scalp!!!

BetMill was at -132 and BJam at -130 at the same exact time some places were as low as -117 as you mentioned.

wood just got replaced by remlinger in the bottom of the 4th...looks like there was some inside info about kerry's arm that the public was not privy to.

Those games where the line drops that much (with 70% of bettors on Cubs) are scary. IMO, it's not worth the risk of putting money on the Cubs in this type of situation. I wish I would have had the balls to play the Reds though as they are up 6-0 and looking strong.
