Neteller-MVP Sportsbook Question

I recently deposited 1000 at MVP and bet it all on a game and won. Bout 25 days later I requested to withdraw it all. They told me if I waited 5 more days (30 day period) I would not have to pay a $40 fee for the withdrawal. So I waited.

They still charged me. I have e-mailed them a couple times and got a response today saying the $40 fee I paid was because I did not roll over my deposit 2 times and they are charging me not for the payout I got but for the $40 in fees neteller charged them when I trasfered the money from neteller to them.

Does neteller really charge books to send money from neteller to them? I cant for the life of me see why MVP is charging me $40 to withdraw money I bet once and left there for 30 days after. If this were football, betting more there would not be a problem as it is I am not playing much. My baseball picks stink.

Oh, "bonus" issues are not present. I did not receive any bonus on my deposit at MVP.

Neteller charges 4% in & out , quite a profitable business

My understanding is that Neteller takes a commish on the transfer to the book but not from the book to Neteller. In other words, a player transfers $1,000 to a book from Neteller, the book only receives $950. But then to transfer from the book to Neteller is free. That is my understanding, anyway.

I also understood it was a 5% vig for Neteller but now that I think about it, I'm sure it is negotiated individually with each book.

I just can't figure out why the sports books don't encourage more cashiers checks sent via FedEx. That is clearly the cheapest way to move any amount over $1,00, but the books offer ZERO incentive to post up that way. I just don't get it?
