Unfortunately acquiring a bookmakers permit in the British isles is very easy, they even gave me one. The one and only safe-guard you have with a book is if they have a chain of shops, getting licences for shops are more problematic, so anyone with 20 or so will never disappear over night plus they have a steady flow of mug money coming in.

It might boot them out of Ireland (like they were ever really there) but they'll never shut down ESB.....as long as the sun rises every morning and theres an Atieya left on the earth there will always be an ESB
