Books with open parlays and teasers

I see Carib is now offering this as a betting option. Maybe real interested in playing these if the right books offered them. Are the odds the same as a regular parlay/teasers? How long do they stay open for at most books?

Betcris has open parley up to 3 teams. The odds are the same.

You can bet a halftime line on your open parley as long as none of the other plays in your parley do not have anything to do with that game.
