Baltimore Colts great Jim Parker, the first full-time offensive lineman inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame and is widely regarded as the best offensive lineman ever , died July 18 at age 71.

The cause of death was congestive heart failure..

<NITF> Parker played guard and tackle for the Baltimore Colts from 1957 to '67, protecting Hall of Fame quarterback Johnny Unitas. The 6-foot-3, 273-pound Parker was a first-round draft pick in 1957 from Ohio State and was selected for the Pro Bowl eight times.

We are deeply saddened by the news of Jim's passing," John Bankert, the Hall of Fame's president, said in a statement. "He was, without a doubt, one of the greatest linemen of not only his era, but of all-time."

Hard to argue with that five. But being a Packer fan from the 60's, I'd put Forrest Gregg in there. Could play guard or tackle.
