Ramirez vs Vasquez....Ramirez has not been very good on the road.His era away from Atlanta is 5.45 (whip 1.505/ 8-2 Over) and walks more batters the he fans,which is never a good sign.In the daytime his numbers become even worse.He is 1-3 with an era of 8.20 and has given up 5 HRs in his 26.1 day innings this year.In these day starts the avg combined total for the two teams is 12 runs.Then theres Vasquez....at home hes got an era of 5.80 which really isnt as good as he or the team would probably like.In the day his stats get worse as well....2-2 w/ an era of 6.46.The avg combined total runs of the teams in these days games: 11.50.As far as the BPs go the Braves seem to have a good looking era at 3.75 on the road but they close games out at a rate of 61%???Thats pretty sad.The Dbacks pen at home has just been atrocious at a 6.26 era.It does seem like the two teams both have been struggling to hit but over the last 5 games but the Dbacks have hit LHP at .286 and although the Braves are only hitting at RHP at .258 but have been hitting all of their homers off righties (6 in L5 games RHP...1 from LHP).The ump (Marsh) I consider a hitters ump so that should make things for the two starters that much more difficult.
