NCAA Hoops - A signed Mike Jarvis hat from the NCAA Tourney a few years back that he personalized a nice little quote to me on.

NCAA Football - A recruiting letter written by Lou Holtz when he was at ND (written to my brother).

NFL - With all the Eagles stuff I have we'd be here awhile. :howdy:

Vegas: This is a copy of the card (not the exact card). Mine is signed by Maris and Gentile back in the 60's. Paid $40 for it at the National Convention back in the 80's.

Card not for sale however. Really upset I couldn't get Mantle. Would be worth $1000+

1979 World Series ball from game 6 @ Baltimore...

also have an American League ball with 4 autographs on it from the same game...

Frank and Brooks Robinson, Willie Stargell and Dave Parker all on ther same ball...not really into autpgraphs but this one is special because I actually got the four to sign it personally, and I was just a kid.

i worked for CBS at the 1002 Albertville France Winter Olympics

after the closing ceremonies we made a beeline to the Russian Hotel (not exactly knowing where it was - but figuring with our CBS badges we'd get help - and we did) because it was the LAST time the "CCCP" would be worn at the olympics - and i was smart enough to know how much that was worth. It is almost 11P and all doors/rooms are closed - but 1

we knock and thank goodness they spoke some english for we made it known we were americans with american currency looking to buy anything from the athletes

the woman told us to hold on and she left. about 20 minutes later she came back with a stack of clothing piled up about 4-feet high - at least. we picked thru it and i bought the actual opening day ceremony uniform worn by a member of the russian team. i paid $100 for it - and a few years ago i was told it was worth between $1,500 to $2,000 in value and my guess that number is only going 1 way

i also have the very first copy of Beckett's Hockey Magazine with Gretzky on the front and Pat Roy on the back in their L.A. and Habs unis - respectively - and BOTH signed it - i know because i got them both. this is worth a lot because good luck getting Roy to sign ANYTHING with his Montreal logo on it! i was told this was worth about $600 - or more

Wifey got an autographed Charger jersey from Drew last winter, I've still got my ticket stub from game 2 '84 WS and a "The kid is Champ" original SI mag.

Not much to brag about but pretty cool to me.
