Lately my opinions have not had the backing of the plebisite. So I thought a few strategically placed Ghosts would reinforce my views as razor sharp. However, I have been only too aware of Wilheim's deadly exposures, quoting ISP numbers, I was of the understanding having a firewall made my online dealings anonymous, can someone confirm this.

Also its obvious my command of the Mother Language would be instantly recognizable to all, therefore defeating the purpose. If anyone can furnish me with sites where I can learn local dialect, please post, an example would be, I say I come from New York, where do I find out expressions like Yo, in yer face, etc.:103631605

Just a question/statement:

If your command of the "Mother language" is so great, why don't you know how to spell "plebiscite"?

And there is no plebiscite here, everyone at the RX doesn't vote on proposals that have an effect on all---the RX is a dictatorship, decisions are made by the owners. And no one at the RX votes concerning the members' "self-determination".

Bad diction.

In simple english all a firewall does is prevent another person to access your computer thru open ports. It does not however make you invisable online since you still send out an IP address over the internet.

Wow Roger, school of FROG or what? Besides all of winbet's self proclaimed mastery, where could he find some good old American slang, regional or not. Winbet, I think you would be a giveaway on the babbling like a brook style. You do have a habit of going on, or rambling incoherently. At first I thought it was the British way, but now other chaps have joined in, it seems to be limited to you. Although I am baffled at what you are saying, and never can get the point of your posts, they are refreshing, and thoughtprovoking, as WTF was that supposed to mean? Keep up the good work winbet. It would be a lonlier place without you. How is the salmon bite? Could I fish for breem?

Best Wishes...OF:howdy:

Some Wickid Pissah New England Patriot Fan Bon Mots

B’daydas
You can serve them mashed, or whipped, or boiled. And fried and baked and grilled. Yummy.
Breakdown Lane
Highway shoulder. Also, an oxymoron - the last place you want to break down in greater Boston is in the breakdown lane, especially during rush hour, when it becomes the high-speed lane (in some places, even legally). The state has built a series of emergency turn-outs along Rte. 128 so you can pull out of the breakdown lane if, in fact, your car breaks down.
Bubbla
That’s a water fountain to you, bub.
cah
Car
Carriage
What you use to wheel your groceries around at the Stah Mahket.
Cella
Basement.
Coffee regulah
Coffee with some cream and two sugahs. Some of us say COFFAY.
Coffee doublah
Coffee with lots of cream and two sugahs.
Downna
“Wanna go downna Boston with me?”
Dungahs/Dungies
Bluejeans.
Dunkies
Duncan Donuts
Frappe
A milkshake or malted elsewhere, it’s basically ice cream, milk and chocolate syrup blended together. The ‘e’ is silent.
Gahbidge
Trash.
Keggah
A beeah bash.
Manchestuh
Manchester NH
Na-ah
No way!
Nashawuh
Nashua NH- Some folks still say Nashway too.
Nizza
Something that is very cool: “I just bought a nizza looking sports car for only $18,000.”
No SUH!
“Really?!?” or “What did you say?!?” Often answered with “Ya huh!”
Open Air
Drive-in movie: There is a drive in here in my town…wantah go to the Open Air tonight?
Packie
Wheah you buy beeah. A Packie run is when someone goes out to buy the beeah.
pahk
Park
Pahluh
Living room.

Meteorological condition characterized by low temperatures and a biting wind: “Boy, it’s wicked rawrout theah!”
Reefah
Refrigerator.
Saddadee
The day after Friday.

The part of town that other people call the centah

What other people call soda.

I have explained that before. I know posters in the States think, "this dope is out of the box at 5PM" but 5PM is 10PM here, how many talk gibberish on here and have no excuse.:drink:

Winbet - maybe you can help track down the bombers. You could be a national hero, then the London Press will crush your newfound celebrity role into pieces. :103631605

Nobody said being a hero was easy.

Winbet - very easy to bet the Cubs. Just take the dog in every game. All home games, just bet the under (unless the wind is blowing out, then take the over). Most important bit of advice-don't listen to what Dusty Baker has to say. It will lead you to drink heavily.

Why didnt you tell me this last year, before I lost £107,566 on the Cubs. By the way, I drink heavily now, I am looking for an easy time, I keep reading how good Bases are, is that an enigma like winning posters on here?
