I agree. The value of good CS is severely underrated. Nothing sticks in a customers head like a bad CS experience.

I don't care to remember how many times I have called a shop to ask a simple question about a particular policy, only to be put on hold or worse yet, TOLD THE WRONG ANSWER.

A history of consistently prompt payouts is pretty important too!

Does anyone have any great customer service experiences with any book they would like to share?

Wsex, 5 Dimes and Bodog have always been very helpful and polite. Pinnacle is also extremely quick and helpful with their email responses.

exactly....answering emails VERY fast and polite and anwsering ANY and all questions with a smile that to me is very important, you should never feel you are " burdening them" by asking anything at any time

If I go on a livechat with a book and it sounds like I am taking up there time or they are very unclear in answering I do not post up a cent

... it makes you feel more safe posting up if CS is A+

IMO

This Forum seems to be getting more inept as the days go on. Once again we have a thread saying, Customer Service is the most important thing in a Book, while other threads are talking of non-payment :biglaugh:

When are you going to stop praising Companies for doing the their Job, especially Mods, who leave themselves open to insider dealings.

Fishhead,

You obviously arent as clued up as you would appear to be, My Post gives a vindication of mods supporting Books statements, but you still seem to want to toe that line. Sharp?

Sorry, I have no idea what you are even talking about.

If you care to explain, feel free.

Why are you trying to pick a fight with everyone? Is it the beer?
