No stupid question only dumb answer M.M.; I think he meant playing at 5Dimes book since those lines were deviated from standard lines. Thus, he indicated extra juice for those.

Lucky for pitching changes is irrational, that assumes the result (over) would have been the same without the pitching changes. It's a simple game that didn't happen, not luck, IMO !
