SOS-Carib merge?

I got a mailer from them today.Looks like a name merger. Instructed me to go to the carib website and open up a new account with my sos info. Said I would receive free 100 credit to try out their new software. So I did, and they gave me the free 100. Its also posted on the sos website. Anybody know anything about this?
