Some 12-year old in Asia is going to get canned for this ...

Don't worry, Nike will be all over CAFTA, so a new group of exploited workers and lost American jobs can address this ..

Stores are pretty good about taking defective shoes back, and even long after they were purchased, especially if an obvious defect is the reason...I would go back to the store and not take no for an answer.

I had a friend that spent 100$ on some Nikes for use only in playing indoors in his basketball leauge. But something tore up after just a few uses.

So, he sent them back and they gave him a new pair of the same version that you can not even get in stores. They were very nice looking.

Was it Nike or Rebok that game the big dollars to Lebron James of the Cavs?

I'm sure he will help if they won't.
