I agree with you Omni. I am not saying don't play the Chi Sox due to the world being on them.
I am saying don't play the Chi Sox because this game fits a situation that I have seen go most often this way and it works and somehow somesuch mutter mumble despite the fact that they never don't say not to...of course.
GATHER ROUND AND LISTEN:
This is one of those situations where at first glance (without delving into the capping)...just on the surface...the line looks GREAT for the Sox and a person might think the Sox should be -1.60 or so..... This is MONEY in the BANK!!! Also, the line doesn't move all day long...it just sits there and beckons...calling...needing...cloying.... This line is just like that. When I see this situation that I used to call a 'trap' play it invariably (ok not invariably but very often...very VERY often) goes the way opposite what one might have thought. And may I add...there wil be a TON of those types of games coming up in the next month. August is full of trap games. I'm going to be very catious for the next month or so.

I Just Got Home From Work And Can Finally Sit Down And Read All The Threads Of The Day. This One Particularly Interesting, Of Course The Game Is Currently 8-1 Top 4th. My Money Is On Cws For A 2 Unit Play. Wouldnt It Be Nice Seeing Into The Future, But I Guess Thats What We Try To Do By Capping. Luckily For Me This Appers At First Glance To Be A Cruise Victory, But We All Know Aabout People Who Assume( As Baltimore Turns Double Play To End Top Of 4th )
