Monday Bases....(434-369, +168.26 units, ytd...)

Afternoon all.......Sorry for the late post, but not really much going on today....We closed out a great weekend yesterday, going 10-1, +12.98 units....We are now back up to a season high of +168.26 units, and hope to keep growing before the Bash......

Only really like one game today, so i will simply play it....

St Louis -1.5 (+131).....2 units

Buc's, good luck tonight. How do you like the trade for Matt Lawton? I think he is going to make a solid leadoff hitter.

Yeah, think it was a good move......

They may have waited too late to do something though, although wild card is well within reach....

I think Wood is gonna be STRONG in the bullpen, and getting Nomar back will help, in front of Lee, he will be able to do some serious damage...

They are due for an extended winning streak. Houston just had theirs to move into the wild card lead and now it is the Cubs turn to take that spot away from them.

Hi Bucs,

When you release your plays as a 3,2 or 1 unit as far as money mgt goes on a fav like tonight do you make your wager concerning yourself with waht you are laying or how much you want to win?

Bucs - Cubs would be far better shutting Wood down now and have the surgery. He would be ready for spring training then. He is no factor and actually holding them back now.

On a dog, its "risking" that many units

Sorry BSM, didnt see this sooner...

If i had to play i would go with Oakland simply for the "value"....

I think more times than not, Minny wins this game, but at those high odds, they would have to win it 2/3 just to break even......I dont think thats good "value"...

Gotta love the Cards geting out of 1st and 3rd w/no outs and middle of Fla lineup coming up with no damage and then coming back to score 2 runs in bottom half of inning. I know it's still early but that was a big 3rd inning.
