to cash the middle for many RX investors.....

Line opened up with the Argos -8 & closed with the Argos -6.

Winnipeg scores a meaningless touchdown on the last play of the game to give the Argos a 7 Point Victory....

surely many cfl'ers caught this one?

congrats.

Is the US blacked out from CFL? What was the play, 1 yard out?, a big play? Was it dramatic? Was it meaningless to the books? This non NFL football just confuses me. Is the CFL popular in Canada, or not interested like here? Enlighten us on this CFL story.

Best Wishes...oF:howdy:

I believe most games are televised, I know the announcer today was talking about "our US viewers". Think DirectTV picks it up, but I'm not positive.

Play was a 27 yard TD with absolutely no time left on the clock
It gets a passing interest in Canada, or at least that's the feeling I get. Not hard to follow with only 9 teams in the league, great way to make money as I believe everyone who caps them in the NFL/CFL/College forum is currently in the black.

What do you mean it gets passing interest. That is an Eastern Canadian way to look at it but out in the West the CFL interest wise is on par with the NFL. As I mentioned before the Grey Cup is Canada's most watched TV program with roughly an audience of 3 million people which is pretty good considered Canada only has 30 million people. CFL is a great game when you don't compare it to the NFL since both games are apples and oranges to each other.

I'm just going by the people around me, so yes, it IS an Eastern Canada way of looking at it.
I only know that Regina is CFL crazy, can't speak for the rest.

Fair enough I know CFL isn't considered major league in Ottawa and Toronto but from Calgray to Winnipeg the CFL is the show and is very strong. The CFL is in very good shapre for the first time in a very long time.

The CFL is absolutely pointless. The level of play is awful and the people bothered to watch it are usually locals chearing on the town's team and not football fans.

I do find it entertaining. However it is very hard to watch on a July/August weekend night. Enough familiar names to keep my interest.

I caught the middle on this :103631605

I was loaded up on Winnipeg at +8 and came back with a smaller amount of Tor -6.5 +105 (Pinny).

My buddy BIGBET can attest to this, as he and I were chatting the entire time I was sweating this one out.

I have suffered so many bad beats this hoops and bases season, it is almost unbelievable I could catch a break like this. I hope it bodes well for this upcoming foots season

I was REALLY hoping to see that Tomas Steen stashed one high glove side on a one timer from Brent Ashton. Guess it's not 1989.
