I drove to Canada, flew out of Red Lake to a Lake called Knox Lake. The plane landed right on the lake, dropped us off and came back 7 days later. We caught over 1,100 walleyes and a bunch on Northern Pike. It was a blast, but the last few days got a little long. The anticipation of what was going on in the sports world really got to me!
If i lived in your neck of the woods i would be out fishing EVERY DAY! You got some great fishing by you. Being in Tennessee fishing is alot different.Its o.k cathing bass and catfish but can't be compared with catching a 40 lb striper or catching big blues one after another.Some of my best memories are of being a kid, riding my bike to the harbor to crab and fish. Where does the time go?
One of major reasons (other then the ghost) we are probably moving to North Carolina is because i want to be able to take my kids (2 & 4) fishing and letting them have some good memories of their childhood instead of remembering me just for yelling at the t.v on saturdays and sundays:monsters- . We have considered even moving to florida because of the fishing and the parks for the kids but i just don't know enough about which areas would be right for us. If it wasn't 1 million degrees out i would go out back and cast a few right now.
