Statement From BOS Management

BetonSports are a publicly listed company on the UK stock exchange (BSS). The listing was undertaken in June 2004 and as a result has a new management team and a remit to operate as a totally fair, transparent and ethical business. We have no outstanding customer service or payment issues. Our simple request is therefore that clients and commentators measure us on our performance. Last year we took over 33million bets all of which have been settled promptly.

BetonSports has an open communication policy and if anyone wishes to call or email me with requests for information or to discuss any areas of our business then I welcome such communication.

<HR style="COLOR: #fdde82" SIZE=1>Just got a call from an old friend telling me not only will they not pay him, they won't even give him back his deposit. Told him about this site and that possibly General can help him out. ANYONE who plays with this guys are nuts.

I may be stupid, but it looks like Judges friends problem was well after June 04 and the 'fair and transparent' new management team

So does the RX buy that statement? If their banners keep hanging up here then we know the answer.

Not many posters may know this but BOS treats their employees like shit. I have heard more horror stories about G and the management at BOS than any other sportsbook in CR.

That's pretty well known, but worth mentioning. Supporting that a*shole in the form of betting through him is inexplicable.

"We are full of shit, we have major issues, and yes...we did not pay a "couple" bets....but we sure do pay now!"

This is a copy of an email I sent to BOS on 10/31/03, in hoping to take advantage of an offer they publicized of $2500 or a Costa Rican vacation if you found a better sportsbook. (My name and account numbers have been deleted.) This was before I had discovered therx, reduced juice, Pinny, WWTS, and 5 Dimes.

They never bothered with a response.

They also still send me junkmail despite me calling and requesting them to stop.

Dear Sir/Madame
I have wagered at BOS, but have found WSEX to be much better. They have software that is easier to navigate, quick payouts and always honor the bonuses they offer. You guys do a good job, but not as good as WSEX. I would like to take advantage of your generous offer of a $2500 deposit into my account there. The ID is XXXXXXXX. I appreciate the offer of a Costa Rican vacation, but my schedule won't allow such a trip. Please advise on when I can expect the deposit.

I see there a platinum book . It seems as other books like skybook come on the forum and answer questions. I would think BOS management should post on this forum and answer some questions since there the only platium book. AS i see platinum means the best to me.
