Mr. Archer,

You stated in your official statement that you have an open communication policy. You are also now an advertiser on this site, a platinum one.

Please answer the following questions:

What does the fact that you are publicly traded have to do with the fact that you are a stiff book?

HOW DOES GOING PUBLIC IN 2004 ABSOLVE YOU OF PAST DEBTS? How do you make that leap of logic? I am dying to know.

How dare you come out and say you have no outstanding payment issues? I haven't heard anyone from your operation come forward and say we paid the man we stole $500,000 from, or we paid the guy we stole the parlay money from. Why just a day ago were you listed as a "No Pay book" on this very site?

Why do you claim in your company description to be offshore for 14 years when you only moved offshore from Brooklyn in the summer of 1997?

Here's some free advice. Want to show the world that you are a new BOS, not like the old BOS? Start by squaring up your old debts, pay the players you stiffed in the past.

Thank you in advance for your time and welcome to the Rx?

Publically traded means very little.

Fully regulated like in some states of Australia means everything.

Jay:

You really think you are going to get a response from these crooks? No offense, but why waste the time typing the question:drink: .

It boils down to, they are crooks, and the RX is accepting that, and moving on.

Looking forward to the launch of EOG.

Bigbet1234 is 100% correct this site has accepted money previously from scum. The only thing different this time is that the scum has such a distinguished record of being scum.

Money has bought this sites reducing integrity.

Well, I had asked some of these questions in the other thread and I thought since they have an open communication policy and they had not answered yet, I could only assume they had not seen it. So here it is, in a thread all its own, with a direct invitation in the title.

As long as they are a sponsor here, as long as these issues are open, I will be asking these questions daily.

To the Rx management, not the moderators,

How did a book go from "No Pay" to "Platinum" overnight (actually it wasn't overnight, there was an overlap period whre actually both.) without taking any action to reconcile their past stiff jobs?

Also, if the management of this site is no longer going to take a stand against such disreputable operations, (Actually, they have gone beyond not taking a stand, they are now endorsing such places. I digress) it is on the shoulders of us, the posters who know the truth and steer people away from these bust out shops.

Wasn't the whole 500k no pay over a player they claimed was bearding for BW and they justified it by saying they had a no wiseguy, no steam policy?:icon_conf

I'm glad you asked. Allow me to explain what happened.

The man had an account there, the man bet his account, the man asked to be paid money to him, not anyone else. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE WHERE HE WAS GETTING HIS PICKS FROM?

This player in question sent serious money, bet, and lost. He was subsequently wined and dined in the US by someone from NASA/Bet on Sports. He sent more money, serious money, bet, and won. He bet more for the following weekend. The company then determined that he was moving for someone else. He probably was. They cancelled his pending bets, canclelled his winning bets from the weekend before, and I believe sent him back his deposit. Thus putting him out about $500,000 in winnings not to mention the pending bets that were wrongly cancelled days after being accepted.

At the time, the web site and the rules made NO mention of syndicate play. How do I know this? Because when I was talking to Shrink about this whole situation as it was evolving, I said if that's what they want their policy to be, not that I agree with it, they have to put it in their rules since it wasn't in there already. THAT IS WHEN IT WAS ADDED TO THEIR RULES, EX-POST FACTO, on the advice of Shrink, after talking to me. So it might have been a legitimate defense to stiffing a player in the future, but it shouldn't have applied to the case at hand.

So Gary wants to make a dog and pony show out of it and say if the person the beard was moving for comes forward and claims the bet then he'll get paid. It's all irrelevant, they took this man's action the week before, they sent one of their emissaries to wine and dine him, and then they realized what he was doing. Sorry, pay the man. He's not asking to be paid under any other name then the one he sent the money and played under.

You can see other posters and former management of this site confirm what I said in this thread.

Wil,

Why can't he answer these questions in the forum? They are straight questions. He used the term "open communications," not me. What better form of open communication is there than the forum?

Maybe someone else can call or email him and ask him my questions one by one and report back to us. But that honestly doesn't seem very efficient.

They opened this can of worms again, let them deal with it.

Jay, good question, but I can't answer for him or anyone else. I am sure Mr. Archer will be glad to talk to any Rx. poster regarding this issue, he remains available during normal business hours.

I believe we are well into normal business hours now. Let me put this to the top in case Mr. Archer has not seen it.

You're not saying he's seen it and he's ignoring it? I am going to give him the benefit of doubt that he will stand by what he said, and look forward to his hearing his answers to the questions.

The case will never be closed until the people who were robbed by Bet on Sports are paid.

Kudos to Jay C for not allowing this to go away. Crooked are appearing on once considered respected websites, we posters have to take a stand.
