Angels -1 1/2 +143 over Balt
Santana/Lopez

It's a feeding frenzy betting against the Orioles as they have gone 2-16. Raffy Palmiero has been yanked from the line-up and this team is at a low point. Santana is 5-2 in his last 7 starts for the Angels and the Birds are 3-5 in Lopez' last 8 starts. The Angels again look at this game as a chance to distance them from the A's.

For those of you who are too squeamish to bet a home team on the 1 1/2 RL, you can get the Angels at -145 on the ML.

I'm going with over 9.5 -104 as well. This started out as 9.

The Orioles have given up at least 6 runs in each of their last 6 games. The Angels have scored at least 7 runs in each of their last 4 games.

Does'nt that -45 ml seem low with all the reasons you just gave why the Angels are a great play today? Hard to argue that a team that is 2-16, won't be 2-17 Friday morning, but I would look at this game as -75 or more, and USUALLY a great "value" turns into a loss. GL with your play!

So did last nights line with Lackey who is their real ACE. I stayed away because of that. IMO Santana is no where near Lackey but, the line too me smells of another Angels win.

I read where the Orioles just canned Mazzilli. I wonder how that enters into play. Score is 4-1 Baltimore at the end of 5.
