It has been a very avg 2 days though up a small profit. Hope to turn in a big day for Saturday!
Detroit -120 (Bonderman) vs Cleveland (Westbrook)- Bonderman has been the ace for the Tigers all year. Westbrook has not repeated his 04 performance. I look for Bonderman to hold Indians offense in check while getting some timely hits from the Maggs and the boys.
Boston +130 (Wells) vs Twins (Santana)- Boston was embarrassed on Friday night which is why I like them even more in this one. Yanks seem ready to step up the heat so look for Boston to start matching their intensity in the win column. Santana just isn't the same pitcher this year while Wells has pitched some unknown big games for the Sox this year on the road. Look for the Sox big bats to get it done for David.
Florida -125 (Moehler) vs Cincinnati (Hudson)- I am going against the trend I have noticed on Reds who lose first game of home series but win game 2 and many times game 3. Marlins are the team on the move in NL. This game should have some fireworks but most on the Marlins side who continue their mastery of Reds in Cinci.
St. Louis +105 (Marquis) vs Atlanta (Hudson)- Hudson is 0-2 lifetime vs Cards and in fact earlier this year gave up 6 in matchup with Mulder. Marquis on the other hand is very inconsistent but in home games vs best in baseball (Yanks,Astros, etc). Marquis will be looking to sticking it to his former team who gave on him especially Cox and Mazzone. Cards continue to make their statement to rest of NL.
2 Underdog Specials:
Dodgers +150 (Perez) vs Pirates (Duke)- Dodgers own the Pirates at Pnc and it will continue in this one. Perez has started to pitch extremely well. Dodgers are starting to believe they can win the NL Worst I mean west. Dodgers keep the heat on the Diamondbacks and Padres in tight defensive game.
Seattle +185 (Moyer) vs Chicago White Sox (Buehrle)- Sox are now 4-10 in last 14 home games and showing no life in the offense since Big Hurt went on dl. When your a team that is not hitting, it is hard to break out of a slump vs soft tossing, cunning Jamie Moyer. Again Mariners bats are the difference late.
Best of luck!
