I want to make my position very clear. Fishhead is my Moderator and the only person that I have authorized to settle this dispute with BCN. I will settle for nothing less than full restoration of all my wagers. No 50/1 or 15/1 or anything else. Who gave Major the right to compromise my wagers ? Fishhead has tried his best and I think He has done a great job but Eric at BCN doesn't want to admit that He screwed up as He wants to try to blame everyone else. No one is buying it !
Sorry but I have to side with the 30-50 to 1 odds instead of your original odds. It seemed to be an obvious error if you ask me. I will give them credit for this: At least they didnt wait 1 month or so before canceling the wager. 1 -2 days is not bad with over 2 months left in season. The odds of you getting your original 100 to 1 are slim to none. And do you really want those odds???? I mean if you win, then they cant afford to even pay off your bet! They have like 10 active customers! Take what you can get! At least they didnt steal your money and leave you high and dry like BETONSPORTS can do a player who they feel is a pro!
With as few wagers as they do have coming in, How could they not see these wagers ? No excuse .And of all the wagers they did have coming in over that three day period half of them was on the A's. I can agree with you if this was done the same day, but it was almost 3 days later. Then they changed the odds a few times. They were just sleeping. Plus whats wrong with them buying up some money on the A's themselves. I've had to do that a few times when my position is not looking good. All Gamblers have to hedge once in awhile. I've also been doing this for several years with no problems. The only difference between you and me is I'm a roadblock for him, I'm a problem for him because I'm telling the truth. First time I have ever been accused of something like this. No I didn't call in to see if the Wager was correct, and most people wouldn't either. Again, no doubt the wagers should be lived, but the folks involved in the wagers had a tingly feeling about it when punching that ticket and also checked frequently to see if they still stood or not. I can guarantee you this all happened. It was somewhat of a shot. They knew it was a stale line not a bad line and new going in that it being cancelled was a strong possiblity. Once again though, I am not condoning the cancellation just stating facts. It was a bad line in some way shape or form, there is not questioning that.
I had a bad feeling when they moved it from 100-1 to 90-1 no doubt. Strangely, just Red Eye And Kermit, the quieter of the FROG trio took a slanderous beating, which did not stick either.
