Possible dispute with well known book.please post advice for me

I made some overnight bets and 2 of them were a $300 parlay and a $100 parlay Washington and angels. The padres pitcher was a late change so i asked customer service what would happen (see chat below). I checked my account afterwards and they marked both bets as losses. They are now saying they are losers (even though i held on for 1/2 hour while they researched it).Should they not honor this ?? Please read transcript (glad i had emailed to me) and post your thoughts.

ME: It is still showing as parlay wagers. Will it be changed or is it ok like that (now straight wager)? This is the first time this has happened to me.

Well you have to show us the wagers. Because if you did not list the pitchers, then the bet will be action only. That is what happened in about 90% of the wagers on this game on the side. The clerk made a slight error, but the bets are indeed losers

The bets where the listed pitcher did not start are no action. If they were part of a 2-team parlay, then the bet will be reduced to a straight wager. Pretty clear and easy, so you will have no problem getting it corrected if you just call the book. However, if you just put the Padres, and did not list a pitcher, you are indeed screwed.

I don't know. the way they have it setup i can't look at the whole wager.It only says:

If it doesnt say the pitchers, then you did not list them. Plain and simple. I am sorry, but you lost these wagers

That's why i didn't list the book as i wasn't sure exactly..Things go from bad to worse. THE GOD DAMN CENTRAL A/C just broke and it is going to be 95 here tomorrow.I now have to drive to walmart and buy a 3 air conditioners...Damn ghosts!!! I have discovered one thing about this spirit.
