Further to the discussions that followed the appearance of BoS ads on this site i have been reviewing the whole situation with concern to their ownership, the old stiff cases and their standing rules.
Gary K has recently left. He is still a minority shareholder but has faded from the day to day involvement with the operation. As a matter of fact he hasn't been seen in Costa Rica for the past two/three months.
The two known no pay cases have not been solved. Should the stiffed players require I will be more than happy to share with them new angles thru which pursue their claims.
The fact that these two no pays occured prior to BoS going public and the following change of ownership doesn't necessarily absolve the book from its responsibilites. The operation was trading as BoS back then, as it is today.
My major concern for the present and the future is represented by the infamous 50/50 rule, which basically allows the book to keep players funds hostage unless they comply with this absurd requirement.
Now that it is certain that G is out of the way i would like to see the RX taking a strong stand against the 50/50 rule, and possibly provide assistance to the two stiffed players.
At this time, and based on the 50/50 rule alone, I would not recommend players to wager with this book. This unless the RX will be able to provide players with a viable and effective remedy.
