This is usual in this type of business to get contacts from other books. Did wwts sell your info? Probably not but that should tell you how safe wwts might be.
I woudn't worry about them. They will be around for along time

They had a guy that fucked up, they fired him and both parties have moved on..
IM sure with that aggressive approach got them many signups don't you think? This dosn't make them a slowpay or bad shop. Every business even the best have/has bad employees just like wwts who sold the list or however they got there database.
if you excluded every company that used "cold Calls" to get your business, you would have a short list of companies left to deal with....

agree with AK here.... rate the book on its merits.....
Look at MANSION.... they opened up about a year ago & many SERIOUS gamblers now use them on their top 10 List....
