If a pitcher change occurs and you have listed pitchers must start and your book still grades it a winner what do you do?

Tell them the error karma has a way of biting you in the ass if you don't.

Thats a really good question. Back in the locals days you of course reported it or risked getting thrown out of your out. There is a strong chance it will be corrected because someone with listed pitchers who lost is going to complain.

No doubt they will be correcting this...remember, someone on the opposite side was graded as losing, they will surely let the book know.

This actually happend to me months ago and it was never fixed. First time a grading error was ever in my favour. When I cashed out of the book at least a month after the mistake I had no problem getting all my cash. This was a top book too. I just wanted to know what the rest of you would have done. I still know I did the wrong thing and it bugs me a bit. Not enough to give it back though.

my answer is keep the money. Let them figure out the mistake. I dont know of anyone that hasnt been screwed by a bookie (local or online) at some point in their lives. and usually there isnt much you can do about it (outside of some great work by the mods on this site).

Obviously if they gave you 25,000 instead of 250, that is a different story.

As for the guy talking about karma, maybe this extra cash is karma kicking in for some past actions? perhaps this book has cheated someone else and mr stickie was wronged once himself.

maybe i am bitter because i have been screwed royally a couple of times.

I find it hard to believe a major sportsbook would not have anyone report this mistake, winner or loser? Who was the book? Don't worry-we won't tell on you! You have already done that yourself. It's not too late to confess to them, you will feel better in the long run! Either way, good luck with your conscious!

This here's a story about Billy Joe and Bobbie Sue Two young lovers with nothin' better to do Than sit around the house, get high, and watch the tube And here is what happened when they decided to cut loose They headed down to, ooh, old El Paso That's where they ran into a great big hassle Billy Joe shot a man while robbing his castle Bobbie Sue took the money and run Go on take the money and run Go on take the money and run Go on take the money and run Go on take the money and run Billy Mack is a detective down in Texas You know he knows just exactly what the facts is He ain't gonna let those two escape justice He makes his livin' off of the people's taxes Bobbie Sue, whoa, whoa, she slipped away Billy Joe caught up to her the very next day They got the money, hey You know they got away They headed down south and they're still running today Singin' go on take the money and run Go on take the money and run Go on take the money and run Go on take the money and run </PRE>

</PRE>

</PRE>

If I assumed they had no measures to catch their mistake, as to ruin my "rep" at a book, I wouldnt even contemplate giving it back. I am an advantage gambler, we have to work the grey areas.</PRE>
