Also, Bob Davie will replace Mike Gottfried alongside Ron Franklin for ESPN's Saturday prime-time college football games.

Davie may not be that great, but Mike Gottfried sounded like he was have in the bag during a lot of his broadcasts LOL

Agree

Gottfried added nothing. Strictly a yes man. Was even worse when he was on NFL draft; everyone was a star.

Not crazy about Davie, but this is a step up.

I'll take Gottfried over Davie any day of the week. The only 2 guys worse then Davie is Tirico (bryant gumbel wannabe) and Curry..

Rather have anyone else, just glad Gottfried gone. But please, not trev from nebraska. He just likes to hear himself speak. Give me someone who is perceptive.
