Rx. Update on BOS

Regarding rule 1.11 - BOS has amended the rule as follows:
BetonSports reserves the right to void any transaction where individuals are suspected of acting in conspiracy or concert. BetonSports does not honor wagers placed by employees or agents of sports wagering groups or where there is evidence that a series of bets each containing the same selection(s) has been placed by the same individual or syndicate.

This is type of rule is common among most offshore books regarding syndicates or betting groups.

BOS also now has new rule 1.12:

You may take any dispute under these rules to IBAS (Independent Betting Arbitration Service, telephone +44 (0) 207-259-7670 for arbitration at your own cost. BetonSports agrees to abide by any decision on arbitration.

IBAS is an independent UK based arbitration company, that is used by many Euro-Books, including William Hill, Landbrokes, and Betfair etc. Binding arbitration from IBAS should alliviate player fears regarding non payment issues.

Not sure about other BOS books, but millennium is a crappy book who doesn't want to book anyone who knows what they are doing. They also confirm wagers at different numbers then the confirm screen sometimes (at least twice to me). If you want a solid, safe book - millennium is not for you.

Is the owner (Marty) ever going to make a statement regarding these crooks?

What about the guy they stiffed for $500,000 BEFORE they had that rule in place?
