Hello everyone,
Yesterday I put in a Neteller withdrawal request in at 5dimes for $45 (my remaining balance). When I checked my Neteller I had $30 in it, and my account at 5dimes was empty. I thought I had qualified for a free withdrawal but apparently I didn't request it during the correct time period.

I explained my mistake to a CSR and he said they couldn't help me. I argued that since I had requested $45, I should have either got $45 or my withdrawal request should have been rejected (which I had another book actually do once). Again, no help. So I told him I'd look to bet at other books in the future.

Am I out of line or was this bad service? I know it's only $15 but it was 1/3 of what I withdrew, that's just ridiculous, a 33% fee.

Null, some books charge $20-30. Off the top of my head, I can't recall who they are, but you might want to check into the w\d policies where ever you go in the future.

They have a rule at 5dimes easy to see: payouts free on Monday 9am-1pm which is dumb but it is there for all to see so consider it a lesson learned.

It is a good idea to always ask before withdrawing if you have any doubt as to what exactly is going to happen when you withdraw. Books have their rules so play by the rules.

I was just going to mention CRIS. They have a Friday free withdrawal but they don't advertise it.Pays to call the book before withdrawing. What;s wrong with taking out $45 if you need it?

Oh well, guess I'll chalk it up as a lesson learned.

I appreciate all the high rollers who took time off from banging supermodels and lighting their cigars using $100 bills to give me shit for withdrawing $45! :finger:

Try not to be so defensive. Majority are here because we love sports & gambling. Because we are gamblers it`s ludicrous to most of us to w/d $45. A true gambler is not dead while he still has "a chip & a chair". To me $45 is 9 $5 3 tm parlays. You may have picked the wrong hobby! If you do mature a little and want to keep doing this, you`ll find this forum filled w/great guys & cappers. Luck to you. Read the fine pint.
