Tempe, AZ – The Arizona Cardinals Football Club today announced that the team has been awarded tight end Andy Stokes off waivers from New England. In addition the team has released running backs Larry Croom and Roger Robinson, quarterback Tim Chang and cornerback Clarence Curry.
I hope he gets lost in the desert. Too bad he did not get hurt un training camp.

The AZ. defense was probably so tired from running back all his interceptions; Green probably thought he needed to save his defense from getting overworked in the preseason.

Too bad for Timmy, I know he was working really hard and Arizona looked like a good situation for him to make the taxi squad. The NFL is all this kid has ever dreamed of. He is not the brightest kid and had academic difficulties at UH (a VERY easy school, the only school I ever got a 4.0 gpa from). He is light years away from a degree, and I don't think studying is what he had in mind in his near term future.

Its also too bad we lost our AFL2 franchise a few years ago, as he would have been a lock for that.

BTW, Tang, what did Timmy ever do to you? Just curious.

I'm surprised he even got a tryout. I remember having an argument here awhile back about whether he was NFL material. A whole lot of people actually insisted that he was.
