Some of you signed up with the expectation that you were to receive one FREE WAGER after your first 50 wagers equal to the AVERAGE amount of those 50 wagers.
Now BCN has changed their loyality program to read like this...........
PLAYER LOYALTY PROGRAM
BCN Sports rewards regular players with one FREE wager for every 100 wagers placed. Your free wager is based on the average size of your last 100 wagers. The maximum free wager is $200. Free wager must be rolled over 10 times before withdrawal can be made.
Question is, are the players that signed up with BCN under the ORIGINAL loyality program still entitled to the original loyality based upon the criteria that was in place when they signed up?
If not, this would be a major setback for somebody that say had 35 wagers averaging $700 a pop and was expecting a FREE WAGER in that neighborhood in fifteen more wagers only to find out they now have to wager 65 more wagers and then only receive a $200 wager.
I would hope those individuals were so called "grandfathered" in and allowed to receive the loyality bonus they expected when they signed up and were expecting after placing a fair amount of wagers towards their required 50.
