Best Bargain Bets is obviously under the Heritage umbrella. When you sign in as a guest, the lines are exactly the same as Heritage. Also, the enhanced parlay odds are exactly the same as Heritage during their madness hours during the day and the layout of both books are similar. If Heritage is opening up a discount book and trying to promote it, I would definitely play with them because of the Heritage reputation. Basically, these rankings are another form of advertisement and Vaccaro is recommending Heritage, Tradewinds, and Olympic. Not a bad list.
