I think I am going to post up with these guys for football. They seem like a very generous group to sponsor these kind of contests (not that I will ever play in one). They should be rewarded by more posters for that in my opinion.

I have never heard a bad thing about them (although I have to admit I haven't followed them very close).

Does anyone have any dirt on these guys or are they as clean as they seem?

Congrats Skybook...you seem like a great book that really help out the posters.

Clip, the free 1/2 point alone just about makes them a must have.

(and yeah, they aren't exactly tossing up $100-200 5x matchplay accounts for the contests either)

What is their software like? I just tried viewing their Live Lines on their site but it doesn't have anything available right now.

Does anyone know which software provider they use?

Skybook Teasers

Teasers
A Teaser is a selection of two or more teams in one wager in which the point spread is adjusted in the play’s favor. The number of teams selected and the number of points selected determine the payout odds. A tie and a win equals to a win. A tie and a tie equals to a win. A loss and a tie equals to a loss. Ties on a three or more team teaser shall revert to the next lowest betting bracket (Example: A tie on a three team becomes a two team teaser)

On a two team teaser a win and a tie is considered a push.
On a Three team teaser or more, a tie reverts down like in Parlays
</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

In the text at the top it says that TIES WIN, but on the bottom it says a WIN + TIE is a push? am I reading something wrong? dont both of these paragraphs state something different?

Yea...that doesn't make sense:

Tie/Tie = Win
Win/Tie = Push

the reason why I was initially intrigued is because I saw in the other thread they have TIES WIN teasers,

the only other offshore book I currently know of that has em, is ABC islands....

Haven't really played them in the past except for Rx winnings, but am gonna take them up on the free half point and deposit with them this fall.

Excellent customer service despite generic numbers that don't arrive until very late.

above it says TIE/WIN = WIN, the bellow it says TIE/WIN = PUSH,

one of them is obviously an error.

I will try to get Skybook CSD manager Mike to explain the rule. Hopefully it is a typo of some kind.

I see that now too...I originally only saw the tie/tie=win at the top...but I see it also says win/tie=win up there too.

I would assume if they have tie/tie as a win, then win/tie would be a winner also.

Can anyone confirm?

<EDIT>edit: Just saw your post Wil...thanks.

Skybook is a good out. What is overlooked is the vig is moved on a lot of games. A lot of times I find a better number there than at Pinnacle.

TIES win teasers is like getting an extra half point in many cases.... especially if you are teasing a 3 up to a 10 or something like that, the TIES WIN factor is HUGE....

if it is in fact TIES WIN, this is another GREAT GREAT reason to post up at SKYBOOK....

I emailed Mike at Skybook and linked this thread, I am not sure if he works on Sunday but I know he will respond ASAP when he reads the email.

Clip while you're at it, if you post up at Skybook, why not play in the NFL Pick 4 Contest (its only 300) ,,,Skybook holds the funds for the contest.
