I am going with Ben Sheets and the Brewers on Monday.
I think we learned one thing about Ben Sheets in the last few weeks. We learned he truly is the Brewers franchise player and the fact he can pretty much beat anybody in the big leagues with exception of the Cardinals.
Yes, he did pitch well, 2 runs in 9 innings but it wasn't good enough. He is pitching without question the best ball of his career right now. Over his last 27 innings, just 4 earned runs. He is 2-1 over those starts and you look further and you will see 2-1 his last 3 versus the Rockies with a shutout in there.
This Rockies team comes off the sweep at home to the Nationals while the Brewers averted the sweep with a big win on Sunday.
I just love the way Sheets matches up with this Rockies team, which really is a terrible ball club.<o></o>
