I wrote mansion several emails - and they were very responsive. Seems like they have uncovered a problem that they are fixing:
Hello,
In regards to your bet issue when using our MANSION Exchange, our Exchange manager has asked us to update you regarding the problem you were experiencing.
After investigation by our Exchange and IT departments, it appears that as our prices are held in our database in decimal form, when players place bets in US form our system was rounding down these figures incorrectly when converting from one price to another. Therefore players where getting incorrect odds/prices.
Our IT department has advised us that there will be a software update and a fix implemented Tuesday to prevent this issue from reoccurring.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We hope this in no ways deters you from using our Exchange and continuing to enjoy the MANSION experience.
