I'd like to bring a few hats or t-shirts to the Bash to give away, but don't want to step on the GN's toes or Rx. Would there be any interest in this?

Speaking just for myself, I would love to have an IP polo and hat and would wear both proudly. If the GN wants to give out hats and shirts, I'll wear theirs too!!

Nice of you to ask the question but I can't believe GN would really care. But, again, classy move to ask.
