Well, we just had the game pretty well sewed up....BUT GOT IT IN THE END IN THE END!!! I bent over to pick up a couple of things off the floor around 9 p.m. Central Monday night and felt a sharp pain around my ass end.....I look back quickly and whom to my wondering eyes should appear? Why, Curt Schilling is back behind me making thrusting motions with his eyes closed....talk about pitching. GET HIM GONE CUZ MY ASS IS KILLING ME. tulsa

CURT SHILLING is done? NO! Closing is totally different than starting. You have one chance to get it done and he didn't. When he is able he'll be back where he belongs in the rotation. [I AGREE HE'S NO CLOSER] but you guys have short memories, he the reason we got to the series and he may be a big part of getting back this year.

Tony, what you must understand is that many of us are not Boston Red Sox fans. I had a chunk of change on the game last night and I don't care if Schilling goes on to win the Cy Young for the next two seasons. LAST NIGHT he sucked it up and I lost. I am a fan of money and the money was almost in my hand. Unfortunately this is the cynicism that occurs when one begins to wager. I am a fan of baseball, but gone are the days of being a fan of a particular team. SO, regardless of what happens today or tomorrow, Schilling stuck it to me last night. tulsa
