Yes, I'm betting like a square by taking a lot of favorites. But I believe this is the best time of the year to take favorites, especially when they are front-runners playing also-rans. The front-runners often are more motivated than their opponents who are out of contention.

Fla -151 over SD
Lawrence/Vargas
SD and Lawrence are in a bit of a slump.

Bos -138 over Det
Papelbon/Robertson
Robertson has been horrible so this is Boston's chance to get some revenge.

Min/CWS under 8.5 -110
Radke/Garcia
Both teams going under (except for CWS in Boston).

Oak -1.5 +125 over Bal
Chen/Blanton
A's chance for revenge. Blanton pitching well.

KC/Sea over 8.5 +113
Greinke/Pineiro
Both teams giving up runs.

GL today quantum. After my horrible day yesterday I'm jumping on your bandwagon w/ the Min under for the series. I love the Giants and Texas today as well. GL!

I find a team is more motivated during the second game of a 3-game series when they lose the first game to a lesser team. Pitchers have bad days. If they only had one bad day out of 10 (like Zito) we can clean up by betting on them.

and you also have a team in oakland who is 14-4 vs. lefties at home . averaging about 7 runs a game in those matchups..

Well the first 2 games are over and it went 1-1 as the Red Sox rallied late to win and Florida's rally came up short. Twins/CWS game is still under at 4-3 but there are still 2 innings to play.

Well this isn't looking good. The A's are down by 2 in the bottom of the 9th. If they lose this one my record for the day will be 1-4.

I felt pretty good about the UNDER in the Min/CWS game but the tie caused it to go over. Also, the OVER in the KC/Sea game looked good with 6 runs being scored in the first 3 innings. I guess that's how it goes. 1-4 could have been 3-2.

Better luck tomorrow I guess.
