These viruses are a big conspiracy, the jokers who say they are helping you are the ones giving you grief. They talk about vindictive hackers, who basically have nothing to gain financially, as the unseen enemy, but who has more to gain. I had Norton anti-virus for a year, it took 3 months to get it off my PC, and its still in the Registry etc. Use a scan for viruses, adware etc, then go online to one of these free scan scammers, see what comes up, absolute joke.

Also, don't be misled by the clueless media misunderstanding the Microsoft propaganda about what operating systems are affected.

"Computer Worm Hits Windows 2000 Users
POSTED: 7:47 pm CDT August 16, 2005
UPDATED: 9:39 pm CDT August 16, 2005
SAN FRANCISCO -- Computer worms unleashed over the weekend are plaguing some large companies. Infected firms include CNN, the New York Times and Caterpillar. Computers running on Windows 2000 were targeted."

It's not just Windows 2000....it's Windows 2000 BASED computers-which also happens to include Windows XP. Nice spin job-nevermind the fact that it causes people to think that they are not vulnerable. :finger: Microsoft

Kidslick, FWIW - I use either notepad or wordpad to type and print letters.

Kidslick,

What are you saying, you don't have Microsoft Office installed on your PC? If so, I could set you up.
