I've called but it seems like a big secret. Customer service ain't worth a sh*t. Getting the same replies here. It's a shame.

What can you do, in these forums you deal with all kind of people. As my father used to say, let it be.

The funny thing about it is that if I would say, I have $1000. for poster, the replies would be totally different. Should not be this way.

i just called over there...they wouldn't tell me either. my guess is that he left. if he was still employed, they would:

1) put him on the phone
2) say "dan's not here today, can i help you"

in really did. john answered. i asked for dan...he said "who"? i said "dan in customer service". he puts me on hold...15 seconds later another guy comes on and says "you asking for dan". i said "yup". he said "who's calling?" i gave him my account id. he said "what is it regarding?" i said, "is he there or not? i need to talk to him". he said, "sir, if you tell me what it is regarding, maybe i can help you". i hung up.

sounds like he's gone to me.
