Take the White Sox & Garland even money Friday night for a great value play. Yanks have not been consistently winning the Mussina starts, despite his being their most consistent starter. Moose likes to get hitters to chase balls & tends to run up his pitch count. Sox batters are patient at the plate. For even money, you're taking one of the top pitchers leading one of the best teams in the AL against one of the biggest disappointments, a team that can't beat the friggin devil rays with that 200 million payroll. Sox are playing at home for crying out loud. Why are they not the favorites? WTF???
PS if you're taking the A's tonight, especially with the goal of chasing a loss, please refrain from reading my posts. Rookies squares & mushes are not welcome here :finger:
