Anyone having problems with Canbet's new website?

I enter my username and password, then when I click 'login' whatever I entered in the password box disappears. Because there is no password, I can't get in. I tried this on two different computers. Canbet's suggestions haven't helped.

I used the old site and had no problems. Will try at the new site and let you know.

Why do these offshore books feel the need to change things around. I've never seen a case where things didn't get screwed up!:monsters-

I had no problem getting in. I have high speed cable, but I see what you mean about the password disappearing when you hit "login". But after a slight pause, it still logs you into the site.

Here's my story about the new website:

Just deposited for the 1st time in a while to get their $100 max, 50% reload bonus.

So I deposited $200 in order to get the max...just to test them out.

Sent an email to claim by bonus.

Received my bonus...account balance: $300

Just logged in to view some of the futures & noticed that my account balance read: $100.

A withdrawal was made (not by my request) to my Neteller account for $200, lol. Even if i did, then my bonus would have been forfeited, correct?

Just sent them an email about it. Strange, huh guys?

I have no trouble getting into the old site. The old site is going to be inactivated soon so I will need to get into the new site. Can't.

Why don`t you call them and see what they have to say? If you haven`t used them before how do you know which is old or new? And how the hell do you "check them out" w/o joining? By then it`s too late DUH!! I tried the site using the banner here it`s bad, must be the old one? Canbet CS said try one they gave me and it`s fine. And for you guys that are old customers, how quickly do they post the NCAA FB lines? Sun.nite Mon A.M.?
