Baltimore Orioles (Dubose) +110 vs LA Angels (Washburn) @ 7:05 ET
Dubose is coming off of a very strong outing and we expect another big start from the southpaw tonight. Not sure I get it either. CRIS probably doesn't have alot of faith in any of them.

I don't think its a strange business decision. The touts are scammers. CRIS figures if anybody is stupid enough to buy these picks, CRIS wants them for customers!

Clip Joint, what do you think of their strategy? Hell, I like it.

The picks will suck for sure...I am just surprised that a legit shop like CRIS promotes these handicappers. On principle alone I would think a book like CRIS would tell these guys to screw themselves rather than giving them access to all of their players.

Strange to me that a book would actually put the handicappers under their umbrella/company (CRISexperts.com) when the only way it will be profitable for them is if these picks lose. :icon_conf Not sure how that is any different than these scamdicappers that get a cut of the losses they send to the books.

Hi Guys,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I'm glad somebody here brought up the fact our team at the PST is now associated with CRIS in a separate division of the business. I've been in this industry since 1996 and can recall the days of 10 sportsbooks and I can tell you it's night and day from the word go. Lines are much sharper today, teams were not well balanced in the 80's & 90's; the salary cap today has sharpen the pencil and anybody can win on any given night. Heck, just look at the past Super Bowls, you don't see the same teams winning at a high success rate. That way of thinking is past and this is a whole new "gaming world".

You're going to start seeing tons of joint ventures such as this one and CRIS is an industry leader and they realize that "networking" with partners such as PST in the industry is the way of the future. I think you will soon see a day where there will be a sports handicapping network that will take away a large audience away from ESPN, as it's becoming more of a "on demand" world.

Plus, CRIS experts is not just a site about selling picks, there's tons of free information and tools such as the ATS Database, ATS Ratings, ATS Calculator, articles and Statfox stats.

You're going to see a huge "consolidation" period within the next 2-3 years and these type of ventures will be par for the course, because without portals such as The RX or CRIS Experts, how else are the Sportsbook suppose to survive. Portals and Forums are like marketing engines that recognizes the sportsbooks and markets them in the same fashion. Picture the internet without any gaming portals that talk about sportsbooks and they are really creating more opportunities for everybody down the road.

The next 3 years will be about "networking" and if you're not "networking" with a solid organization, then you will be gone within 5 years.

It's the old saying, "gobble or be gobbled" and CRIS is showing they are here to help their industry partners get to the next level and in return, we hope to grow and help the players and bring some valid information to help them win.

Networking guys....it's the way of the future...

Well Chuck, I don't know how stupids...look at Phil Steele...every Saturday and Sunday at 11 am he moves the numbers all over the place...and if you are smart enough to just play his games...you win...I played at Millennium last year because they hold the line for 30 min and I did win...same amount, no matter how many stars...

Didn't Royal offer something like this with Northcoast before\during pre-season NFL last year?

Now that is they type of book I would see something like this and not even blink. I just wouldn't expect it from CRIS.
